Worship At The Holy City Bukhara
Situated on the Silk Route, Bukhara is more than 2,000 years old. It is the most complete example of a medieval city in Central Asia today. The city has long served as a center of trade, scholarship, culture, and religion. The city is home to numerous monuments of particular interest including the famous tomb of Ismail Samani, which is a masterpiece of 10th-century Muslim architecture, and a large number of 17th-century madrasas. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
